Saturday was the big birthday bash for our two big boys. Josiah and Jonah will be turning 9 and 7 on this wednesday, so we had family and friends over for a good time! In this picture you see that the moms love to catch up on the latest health news and supplements in alternative meds. Also, this is Carrie and Shekinah, my sis in law and niece. They are expecting again in November, woohoo! I'm excited that a new little tiny one is coming and I am not the one delivering!! We are truly blessed with a wonderful family! Everyone gets along well together and we always look forward to the next birthday to have the next family get together. Even our friends enjoy getting to see our parents at each party.
Here is my other niece, Hosanna.
Here are the boys filling more water balloons with their friends!

And here is my big brother, Uncle Tom

This is Papaw Wayne! He was a huge success in helping Jonah and Titus get a five gallon bucket filled up with water balloons. He also got to play Wii with the boys before the party, which they loved!

Jonah, my big 7 year old! He loves football and wanted a football cake! These are the same figures that we used when I was little. Jonah is such a delight! He is full of life, energy and never at a loss for words. He feels things deeply and is full of compassion. We love this little guy so much and can hardly believe he is another year older!
Josiah, my big 9 year old, loves everything electronic. He gets into a new game and has to conquer it before he can think of anything else. Can you tell what he's been into lately, Mario Kart. He worked hard, reading everything he could to unlock all the characters. Then he moved on to Mario Galaxy and didn't stop until he rescued the princess. I'm proud of his determination and ability to figure things out, but we do have to reign it in at times. He is growing up so fast and is such a responsible brother. Lance and I try to sit back more often and just watch him be a kid and let him play. We truly love this little man and, again, can hardly believe he's another year older!
