A funny thing happened at the cafeteria... we went to UNCC for a lunch date with our friend Lynn, who went to college with us and is now back in again. While we were parading the stroller and kids through the very crowded eating area, we were drawing attention. So we finally sat down and settled the kids into eating. That's when i looked up and saw a guy staring at me. I gave him a second look because it was so weirdly obvious that he was trying to stare (haha) and realized it was another friend of ours from college who is also back in school, Fred! So, he joined us. Then, along came the UNCC mascot, the miner guy. So, I did the touristy thing and had some stranger take our picture with him. It was great!!
