A Day At the Farm

Dad, playing with the kiddos. They love to wrestle him and run from him screaming! He eats it up too, as if you couldn't tell by his face! We took a trip to the Baa Moo Farm in North Iredell to see what farm life is like and try it out. The boys had a blast, but got a little tired and hungry. They milked a cow (Jonah was successful), fed a baby calf, picked up eggs in a chicken house and checked out the goats, peacocks and kittens.
We didn't actually take the Jeep to the farm, but we did take it through the field from Aunt Carrie's house to Dad's. It was amazing how we all fit:6 kids and 3 adults.

This is the grandparent patrol. This is what happens when grandparents take their grands on an outing, they get stuck with the baby and the strollers. Of course, they weren't complaining a bit, actually, I think they got the easier job. They are so gracious!
And Eli really wanted to get his hands on this little black kitten. It was precious!
