Dr Kelly Flanagan is a great resource for understanding more about what we need and how to take care of those we love. He has a great article on men that reminded me that men and boys need to be free to express emotions and be heard. The anger some men deal with rises out of feeling unseen and unheard. It can be an easy fix. We all need connection.
